ONLINE LEARNING CENTER
Online learning courses at the Center for Progressive Renewal are centered on interaction and idea exchange. Our courses connect you to training that is both practical and cutting edge. We have developed this learning environment with the aim of being "the place church leaders go to learn." While every course includes opportunities for live interaction, much of the work takes place on your schedule. You can do the coursework anytime, day or night.
Courses are extended learning experiences stretching over 5-12 weeks offering in-depth exploration of a variety of church leadership topics.
Webinars are one-time web events where leaders learn about new resources and hear from leading practitioners.
NATIONAL CHURCH LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
Prophetic Renewal is the 2013 theme for the annual National Church Leadership Institute (NCLI). MCLI is a conference for equipping entrepreneurial leaders to empower new expressions of church to passionately meet the world’s greatest needs! Created seven years ago, the National Church Leadership Institute features world-class church planting and renewal experts within the progressive church and is one of the primary programs of the Center.
Dozens of speakers will participate in NCLI, the only conference of its kind in the United States. Presenters will include Carol Howard Merritt, Eric Elnes Lisa Allen, Cameron Trimble, Jim Antal and Michael Piazza. Prophetic Renewal will focus on six major themes including global trends that are reshaping what it means to be church in this time; how leaders can “retool” themselves to lead churches into a new age; and how to build sustainable ministries for the present and future. For those who desire to spend more concentrated time on specific issues, a one-day pre-conference intensive will be held in seven specific areas including “Pre-Launch Church Planting,” “Digital Discipleship: Social Media in Ministry,” “ Hispanic Ministry in the Progressive Church,” and “The Black Church: Defining a Future of Growth.”

COACHSHARE FOR SMALL CHURCHES
Serving a small church is a different experience than any other setting in the Church. Small church pastors need to know how to be preachers, teachers, administrators, janitors, gardeners...well, you get the picture. In order to ensure your success, you need to be connected to an experienced coach who has experience in leading small churches. You also want to be connected to a group of peers who are experimenting with ideas and programs in small churches across the country. CoachShare for Small Church Leaders is a 12 month program. Groups have 5-10 people and meet once a month online as a group for training, case study review and coaching. Participants also work one on one with the coach during the month. Each client must complete a goal sheet provided by CPR that will guide the coaching relationship for the duration of the program.
